The ideal temperature for applying Microlite to open framework such as wing ribs, leading and trailing edges, fuselage stringers and also to sheeted surfaces is about 175"º-195 ºF (80 º-90 ºC). Increase iron temperature to 230 º-250 ºF (110 º-120 ºC) for tightening the covering over open framework.
